In this workshop trainers, educators, and individuals committed to fostering an anti-racist environment get together for an in-depth exploration of discrimination and racism, targeting structural and institutional inequalities.
The goal is to raise awareness of various forms of discrimination, dismantle prejudices, and develop concrete strategies for action. Participants will focus on practical approaches to solidarity, using discrimination-sensitive language, and fostering respectful communication. Best cases will be discussed, examined, and developed to ensure effective solutions across Europe and the world. A key objective is to counter the rise of right-wing narratives across Europe.
As part of the "Europe against Racism" project, trainers, educators, NGO representatives and individuals who are committed to an anti-racist environment are invited to learn together and to question and question existing structures.
The seminar will be held in English. Participation is free of charge (including accommodation for participants who do not live in Berlin).
